Force HD sliding pantry shelves wont pull out

I can't seem to get these (see photo) pantry shelves to pull out. I've looked all over for a latch. I've lifted, tugged and pulled to the point somethings going to break. I must be missing something.

If you slide your hand on the backside of the front rail, there is a metal release.

So close your hand around the front vertical rail, completely. slide up.

Next step. I found the release on the bottom slide, but can't find the top slide release, to pull it out far enough to adjust the bins.

I only know of the one release...sometimes they are a bit tight/stiff. Should be full extension.

Its opens about 1/2" shy of enough to adjust shelves and the release wont seem to do any more. It comes up on hard stops. There is an additional release on the bottom slide (see pics). But I can't seem to find any release on the top.

Found the top one. Its on the top of the top rail. Small black latch you push to left while pulling. The bottom slide has two small black latches, one on each side that you must operate simultaneously for the bottom slide to release.

Yes, they are just regular drawer guides with a standard release. I thought you were referring to another release like the main one.

I was originally referring to the main one, which you identified for me. But when I realized it needed to go out a bit further to adjust the shelves, I had to go the next step. All set now. Thanks

My shelves are also oriented towards the refer. May not be able to tell from the photo.
