Force pull out basement sink and propane Burner?. Factory or Custom

I Just looked at a 2017 Force 35DS on Rv Trader and this pullout sink with grill or burner(s) looks like it would save a lot of wear and tear on me and the coach door. Is this a factory feature or option?

clearly custom. Does it lift up, or would I have to cook on my knees?

Well, you you created that by building it into one of those "standing desks" that sit on top of you normal desk, that might be give you exactly what you need.

Just cut out the area below to accommodate the sink/stove.

Exactly what I was thinking, put in many at work one year.. then took all out the next. So it could probably be done. But I think this is one of those someday projects, blame it on spring fever. It makes me think "great ideas"
So ready to get out of storage and just do something after a few storms like below. Thanks for the info.
