Freedom Shower Head Issues

Couple of things.
Shower head panel on wall is twisted.
Looks like double sided tape coming out.
Just want to confirm it's ok to grab that thing, pull it off tape, reorient it, and stick it back...

Also any way to tighten up the ball head? The showerhead only stays in place when the wand is vertical. Any tilt and it slowly moves downwards until it bottoms out. Takes about 10 seconds.

As I recall, that section on the ball is threaded, should be able to tighten that.

I'm no expert, and you might already know this. Those gimbals usually have a threaded collar that hold the ball in the socket. You can typically loosen and tighten the collar. To move just loosen the collar, adjust, tighten the collar.
