Fresh water tank material/manufacturer?

Does anyone know what the kind of plastic our fresh water tanks are made of or who makes them and a part number?

I had the bright idea to put an access port in mine to clean out, add bleach and or Anti-freeze but now can't get it to stop leaking. Even 3M 5200 didn't work, which is a first for me. It won't adhere to that slippery plastic. So I need to find adhesive/sealant/caulk that will adhere to it.
