Well, I am not an expert but I never read anything about not using a heater while parked on a slope.

I would turn it on and stay warm.

Only the fridge condenser and boiler is required to be level for the ammonia to circulate properly through the boiler tube for proper operation. The furnace should be unaffected so long as proper air/propane mixture is maintained.

No issue with furnace. Just don't run fridge.

X2
I suppose the "downhill" side of the ducting might not get its share of forced warm air, and the heat will "rise" toward the uphill end in general (leaving the downhill end colder), but as for the equipment, a gas burner, igniter, and heat exchanger should have no safety or equipment-damage issues from a this slope. I believe you described a 3% grade...not much of a slope.

As a precaution, be sure your heat vents are open on the uphill end so you don't overwork the blower motor trying to push hot air "down."

no issues you can run the furnace upside down if you want . 11" in 30' is not so bad most likely won't effect fridge either
