Generator won’t auto stop

2019 isata 5 with the 8000 generator.
The generator will auto start with ags configured or manually from the touch panel but won’t auto stop. It does start and stop when pushing the test button and will manually stop when pushing the stop button on the generator. It won’t stop by pushing auto stop or stop from the touch panel.

I would start by rebooting the Precision Plex by unplugging from shore power and then disconnecting the batteries in the driver side bay red rotary switch. Leave the power off 1-2 min and then re-engage power and let the Precision Plex reboot. I have found this fixes most issues with the Precision Plex being unresponsive.

Disconnected batteries, the control panel rebooted and it auto started but still didn’t auto shut off “will not stop”

Call Precision Circuits tech support in the morning and let them help you trouble shoot the AutoStop. They are very responsive.

In the event that it is not something simple with precision circuits, please feel free to reach out to Dynamax Service department. It may be a loose connection of the stop signal wire between the generator and the control panel.

The harness that plugs into the digilevel was not getting a good connection. Squeezing the connectors together and a little dielectric grease resolved the issue. Great help from precision circuits.
