GPS bean bag mod

A simple little thing I did to allow placeing our GPS on the dash, much like most of the Class A folks do it. The Freightliner M2 dash has too much slope to allow use of the "bean bag" mounts. The GPS ends up sliding forward into the windshield. So I decided I would "snap it" in place. I put a snap on the forward facing flap of the beanbag, and one on the dash. It works great! If it can take the bouncing and bumps of Jersey city and Washington DC, it can take anything!!

Good idea! How did you attach the snap to the dash?

One small Phillips screw holds the snap on to the dash panel

I have had good results using 3M tape and or heavy duty velcro (they by have some that holds fire extinguishers)
DH dosen't like me making holes in the motorhome.
