Hooking up to cable at RV Park

Hey all. This is my first time hooking up to cable at an RV park (Trying to watch pre-season game) and it's not working.

I bought a cable from the camp store. Hooked it up to cable input in the sewer bay and ran other end to cable hookup on power pole.
Pushed little button on wall plate behind TV in overhead bunk area so green light turned off.
Changed tv from air to cable and ran auto scan.
I checked to make sure cable was hooked up behind tv and powered off for 5 minutes then tried again. Nada

What am I doing wrong?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Some cable companies require a cable box, descrambler. The last campground I stayed at in Altoona, PA offered boxes for free, just had to put a deposit on the box. Check with the campground office to determine if a box is required at your location.

Bad cables are common. My connection in the sewer bay was bad, had to put a new one in.

Note. Buster should not be used when using park cable. It will distort reception.
Only used for antenna reception. Click image for larger version

OP said his booster was OFF... said he found his problem - a bad cable. No further investigation is needed.
