Indiana under "stay at home"order....
Either way I am not getting any answers from the dealership or from Dynamax.
This really stinks of poor service, a simple “looking into it” would suffice.
My 6 figure rig is sitting at the dealership and I cannot pick it up due to a simple connection that should not have been missed at the factory.
*edit*
I just noticed you are a service rep, is anyone in contact with the dealership about this? The dealer is Colton RV in Buffalo (Hamburg).

people need to know this is not martial law and is sound recommendation's for everybody . I've been self isolated for a week now with very little contact with the outside worlds . a motorcycle ride here and there and a small job or 2 but we all need to get past this and open the country back up . Numbers are still very low compared to population and if we can stop the spread in the next 2 or 3 weeks we can get the upper hand and back to living

I’m also not sure how it left the factory with this missing as there are clearly two unhooked wires hanging from the solenoid under the unit. Attachment 225690

My apologies, but this is why I post in my signature NOT to PM me unless it is sensitive information (and in most cases I am asking you to). Every time someone receives a “thanks” for a post, it gives a notification in private messages. With over 13,000 posts, those tend to come in at a steady stream and other PM’s sometimes get lost.
These are unusual times and I am currently trying to juggle the layoffs and/or back to work schedule for 700 employees. Greg has responded from home, that is is likely there, but unhooked. I will try and get that message to the service writer, but the dealer is still the primary point of contact and they should already be in touch with our service techs. I will double check none the less.

I’m looking for answers. If the answer is we cannot do anything until quarantining is done, so be it.
It is a bit frustrating that the unit arrived before things ramped up and it could be sitting here at my home in my garage though.
Friday, my dealership stated that they were waiting on a part, that’s all I know. They did not know anything more...

I did not see the PM, so the first time I noticed the question was today. My apologies, as soon as i have an answer I will provide it. I just now sent the picture off to the east coast service rep to get the scoop
As an FYI, they are also available here.

Thanks, I did not see that in your signature. I was truly trying to keep this between the Dealership, Dynamax, and me. The unit is beautiful but again, it is sitting shoved between other units on a lot, not in my garage

I did confirm, there is NOT another harness. The solenoid and remote fill switch is a branch from the main chassis harness. So I'm not sure how they can even tell you they are waiting for a harness...when we would have nothing to ship them.
On this diagram, it is 7 and 7a. Yellow/black and a white wire at the solenoid.
I have asked them to pass this on to Colton RV, but there seems to be a disconnect here in communication. Not sure from where.
Now, take this with a grain of salt, because we are on a new system and I am not 100% sure how to see VIN notes like I used to, but I show ZERO VIN notes. Meaning, no one has called us on this. Again, they could have called and we have not put the notes in...it is crazy times. But I can't find anything at this time.

Received this from my salesman in the last few hours - “Just waiting on Dynamax to authorize the work order. Service Dept is on alert that you would like to pick up asap. I will let you know as things progress. Can't receive calls at the moment. ”

OK, as I look further, there is a note from 3/23, they spoke with Colleen Adams (our rep) and she informed them that the wires are there, they just need to be connected. We authorized time to find and connect the wires.

Maybe we can get us back on point for this thread. While it has not gone “full tilt” political, it seems to be subtly moving in that direction.

Yes, very good advice. The site team just deleted many of these posts, and are going to need to maybe get harsher in the warning, as we have had to close several threads due to a few members who seem intent on violating the site guidelines.
If you see your post gone, DO NOT post again to this thread, it's past time to move on.

That's certainly some good news in among all the craziness.

Mr Clemens,
I know you’re busy but could you answer my question about the broken window I posted earlier in this series. I have been trying to get a back window from my dealer, D & H RV in Apex NC for my 2018 Isata 3 CB. As you know this is a frameless window and can’t be procured locally. What are my options now? I assume this is produced by Lippert but don’t see it on their web site.

Best bet is to reach out to arts directly...I'm not as good getting around the new system yet.
