Ok, that helps. Pull the display, unplug it there and plug it back in.

There are times, that due to low voltage, coupled with voltage loss due to length of wire, it would cut out.

As a side note, that panel is just another switch...not the brain. So app control should still work along with the main switches and the main brain, not suggesting that is ideal, but everything should still be functional.

You can also try rebooting, turn off the battery disconnect and then turn everything back on. But unplugging and plugging back in seems to work in most cases.

I tried that and did not work called precision circuits and they wanted an email with a picture of the back of the board. I hope that under warranty. I will keep you posted. Thanks

I had similar situation where Precision plex panel would not reboot even when using battery disconnect. With help from Precision Plex, I fixed it by unfastening panel and disconnecting control wire on back of unit, waiting a while and plugging back in.
Has worked perfectly since.
I think total power to panel was not removed thru battery disconnect switch!

Wow, had the same problem this week on my Berkshire and had to replace the screen too. I hope this isn't going to be a reoccurring problem.

This issue has been reported a number of times, but Precision Circuits has always responded promptly with a replacement screen. I have needed to call them once on another issue and they were very good to work with.

They responded to my issue the same day I contacted them. I'm extremely pleased with their handling of my replacement screen.
