Isata 3 Cool and heated seats

Hi, We are traveling to Florida and we decided to use our cool seats. The driver seat works well(ahh...). The passenger seat will flash red 3 times then turns off.

Wondering if anyone else has had problems with the heat and cool seats or maybe can point me in the right direction?
Thanks
Dave

For heated, I'm betting burrito dinner.

Those are not our seats. Someone else must have installed those seats.
