Isata 3 Dinette Seat belts- how many?

I have not taken delivery of my new 2017 Isata 3 due to busy schedule. I have two weeks from tomorrow on the calendar. Wife and I were just discussing that we can't remember seeing two seat belts on the dinette. Does anyone know if they are shipped with one or two seat belts at the dinette?
We have two sons below the age of 15, so Illinois law requires that they are buckled in. Is is possible to add a seatbelt?
