My 2016 door surface is perfect but I struggled with the seal around it for quite a while. Sounded like a hurricane driving down the road when it was new. Finally replaced the entire seal and it is much better.

Delamination Issue

I went to my local dealer to look at Isata 3's on the lot not sold yet. One of the units had some bubbling going on inside the entry door.. Hard to see, but it was noticeable. Could it be a bad batch of adhesive being used? I can't believe this many have sealant & leakage problems.

Thoughts?

2018 Isata 3 FW Door Bubbles

Just noticed this last month - lighting is not very good on pic but you can see bubbles along the inside edge near hinges. They seem to get larger as temperature changes. Watching to see how large they get and determine how to resolve. No water leaks anywhere and RV is parked inside and not exposed to the elements. Any thoughts?

Just to be clear...the seal issue I was referring to was units with the keyless entry on a separate pad. I am not saying there is a seal issue on these doors, as this is a slam latch (not a rotary latch). Different scenarios, different doors.
