Will check it out

I have mine in storage right now, but will be pulling it out on Thursday. I’ll take a look at the roof and let you know what I see. Looking at the pictures, seems like some rain water setting in the wrong spot, maybe under some trees? Acid from the leaves can seap out with rain water, left settled for a while could result in what I’m seeing, but just a guess.

Looks like a stain from environmental issues (as previously stated) or one of the fasteners on that panel is rusting. Can you see any of the fasteners?

It's never been under trees that I know of. We have only taken it out once. Thanks for your help.

Agree. Looks like a low spot collected some stained water. I would just keep an eye on the seals at the cap which is a yearly inspection anyway. Just make sure it doesn't pull away there...but I don't see anything alarming.
