Isata 3 slide not operating correctly

We are traveling and cannot get our slide to come out on our 2017 Dynamax Isata 3 fw.
We have the coach plugged into shore power( also tried it with the generator), the batteries are full charge, parking brake on, stabilizers are down.
When we push the out button the front of the slide starts to move( maybe an inch or two) then stops -the rear does not move. Pushing the in button and goes back to the stored position. Also, there are no fault lights on the panel.
Sounding like maybe a rear motor? Or could it be something else that I'm missing?
Is there some literature on getting to the motors so we can do some troubleshooting and or replacement?
Not sure what to do next. Maybe you have some information to get going in the right direction. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. Try helping push the rear to see if that helps (Make sure there is nothing edged in the way). IF, the slide gets out of whack, it shuts down to protect itself. SO if the front is going out and the back is not, it will shut down so you can't damage anything.

2. You can try resetting the slide stops to be sure, doesn't take long and would rule that out.

3. If it might be a motor. Tough to tell, but those slides are pretty light we don't see many issues.

Thanks for the information. Found that the motor was seized up, pulled it out and freed it up. Reinstalled it seems to work fine. Reprogramed it and it is working .
