Isata 3 Stabilizer Jacks Inoperable

Any help would be appreciated.

2017 Isata 3 (purchased new in 2016) with Bigfoot stabilizer jacks mounted in the center of rear differential.
Jacks are stuck in the down position. No movement or sound when pressing “retract” or “extend” on switch.
Batteries show good voltage using multi meter.
Also showing good voltage through Buss circuit breakers mounted in chassis battery compartment under step.

Emergency brake is on.

Am I missing something? Is there another fuse or breaker somewhere that I haven’t thought of?

Coach is my driveway, but I would like to move it.
Any help or ideas is appreciated prior to me calling a mobile tech.

Be safe

1. chassis engine is off? key is out?
2. before calling a mobile tech, I would try Bigfoot to see if they can trouble shoot.

How long has it been sitting in the driveway with the jacks down?

Chassis off, key out. (So there must be wiring that looks for this condition that I haven’t located)
Sitting in driveway about a month with jacks down.

Will call Bigfoot.
Thanks for the reply.
Anymore ideas, keep them coming

I have a 2016 Isata 3 with the Big Foot stabilizers and had a similar problem with the jacks acting erratically or just staying down.
I looked underneath, took the cover off the controls, found a ground wire that was rusted and came loose when I checked it.
Reconnected the ground wire and have not had any problems.

BTW - I have called the Big Foot service number a couple of times - always get an answer - even on a holiday - they are the best!

You didn't mention looking for and checking a fuse.

(Sorry, I don't know where it would be on your unit.)
