Isata 3 steps fuse
Tried to search for this topic which I know has been discussed but the search results were of no help. After being in storage for five months, the steps won't extend. I just put the coach batteries back in the unit; they were kept charged over the winter in our house. I had unplugged the power cord to the motor before I removed the batteries to keep them retracted while removing the batteries. They won't extend when plugged into land power or off the batteries. The light next to the steps does turn on and off when the door is opened; I am assuming the motor is the culprit. I see per directions that I can test to find out the problem, but it would seem that if the light works that that power is getting to the motor . Numerous suggestions online to wack it with a hammer but I can see me making matters worse. I tried exerting some pressure on the steps but nothing. I don't hear anything from the motor when I open the door. I am three weeks away from the warranty ending, so I will probably have the dealer look at it. Just wanted to see if I was missing something obvious.
