Isata 4 FW bedroom TV

There isn’t obviously a lose connection to the TV in he back bedroom. Does someone know how to pull the TV out so I can fix it. I just can’t figure out how to get it out.

lift up and pull out. Its on a "key hole" type bracket. Big hole at the top...skinny slot below that.

Is the outside tv on the isata 5 mounted with the same type of bracket? I wanted to check connections but for the life of me can’t get the tv down. I get snowy picture only on cable connection all other tvs are fine it is weird over air channels are fine which I assume uses the same coax cable so I was going to check connections and then take it inside to connect to the front tv coax to verify tv works correctly I have already tried switching connections at splitter. Any thoughts maybe a video demo on how to get these TVs off bracket?

Do you have the antenna booster OFF when on cable? that is a commonly overlooked item which can cause snowy channels.

Also on the Jack digital antenna, people can think that if they turn off the switch at the antenna (and the blue light goes off) then the antenna is off. That is not correct. The blue light is simply for the signal meter. The antenna booster is a wall mounted wall plate with a little black button.

Finally, there is someone out there that owns an Isata 4. We have the same problem. Ours is in the shop in Westminster, CA for hydraulic issues and TV problems. I tried to remove ours with no success.
