My 2017 Isata 5 has a shallow cabinet above the entry door with a section of HDMI cable rolled up in it. The cable enters from inside the top portion of the cabinet through a hole with a bezel.
Nothing else...no 110v outlet or USB port is in the cabinet.
The other end of the HDMI cable terminates in the cabinet behind the bedroom tv.
Can anyone tell me what was the planned purpose of Dynamax for this cabinet and HDMI cable?
I'm using the cable in the cabinet above the entry door to feed the living room tv with signal from my dish receiver that is in the bedroom cabinet behind the tv.
What is less than desirable is that the HDMI cable has to hang from the cabinet with the door ajar to be plugged into the living room tv. Surely this wasn't by design?? Dynamax??
