Isata 5 generator wont start from inside?

Went on a trip and it worked flawlessly neede to use it today and it wouldnt start from digital display or the buttons in cab or bedroom. It starts from the button outside on generator itself, but not from inside. Any thoughts?

Is the rest of the panel working? Are you pushing and holding the button?

May not help you right now but if inside and display wont work you might try the Precision App that you can download if you have not already. I love it. Does everything the inside display does but from your phone.

Rest of the panel is working fine.. even the buttons in the bedroom and cab just flash no start. Another funky thing i noticed is the display by the sewer hook up has lines in it making it hard to read and started sayin grey tank 1 and grey tank 2 never. Noticed it before.

Try powering down the precision control unit. Turn off coach batteries at the quick disconnect. I don’t remember but you may have to disconnect a couple of the leads on the vehicle batteries. Check the fuse unit under the bed to make sure no power to it. Wait 15 minutes then power up. If that doesn’t work give precision circuits a call. They can help you trouble shoot the problem.

That panel outside is the interface for the analog controls. meaning..that is what gets the tank readings and sends them to the panel. I think that also handles the gen communication. If that panel got wet, it probably needs replaced and that i likely your culprit. See if the panel is reading the tank levels. Easy part to replace though...
