Isata5 Slideout Track Bowing

I didn't notice until I got home from picking up my new Dynamax Isata5 that one of the bottom Kitchen/Living Area slide tracks was bowing real bad when open. The upper track above it is straight and the tracks on the other end are straight. To straighten the track and remove the tension it requires closing the slide at least 4" and then the room is not sealed from leaks. I checked to make sure the slideout was out the same dimension on each end and it was.
I think if I shifted the track one or two teeth to the inside it would cure the problem but maybe not.Click image for larger version

As long as the "Gear racks" are installed correctly I thought the "Schwintek System" could be "Synced by the Motors"?? Youroo!!

The Slim rack is design to do that. Just make sure when you put the slide IN or OUT, that you hold that button for a second or so longer to let the motors sync. It may stop the bow, but the bow is pretty common on those slides. Sometimes they bow in, and we have brought that up to Lippert and they tell is, nothing is wrong.

Thanks for your reply. I am a little relieved now but I have one question.
If a rack broke, what is involved to replace it?

I've never actually seen one break. Motors fail before the track does. (at least from what I have seen)
