Long thread on this...get with Pop-Locks and/or service rep and they can get a replacement keypad. Seems like the resistors in there were undersized...but at that point it would still lock and you got lights, it just didn't unlock.
IF there are no lights or anything, then could be contacts.
ONE OTHER THING....I had on a door I say, when you close the door, the pins are sort of at an angle, but if the door gets tweaked...the pins actually end up sliding OFF of the metal contacts. Hard to describer...but I noticed that with the door partially open, the keypad would light up. BUT, once I close the door completely, the key pad would not work. Finally figured out, the pins on the door side kind of pivot with the hinge.
