What are the possible causes of these not lighting regardless of power source?

Chances are they share a common power source. Problem with that source would explain why non of them are working. Did they ever work?

Yes they worked for over 5 years until earlier this month.

To my knowledge everything else is working except for the new water pump which only lasted a couple of days.

I believe one of my previous units labeled a 12 volt fuse as “MONITOR” for the control panel. Maybe just 5amp or so.

Have you visually checked all fuses?

^^this is correct^^^ that whole panel is fused...and I think there is something else on there. On the 3 series I think it was fused with the Truma, but not 100% sure.

I will have someone check the fuses for me. I have the fuses that illuminate if failed. They have been safely stored in my tool box for years. ��

I haven’t used the Truma in months but the control panel is on.

My main GFCI trips. It was replaced last February. At last service in August same shop said it didn’t trip for them. That dealers service is hit or miss but always $$$$.
