Lighted entry handle with picture

Repost of 2007 Dynamax. Looking for a replacement for a broken lighted entry handle. Hopefully the picture will upload!

If Brian can’t get it for you, you can do what I did on my old fleetwood. But a piece of acrylic and heat and bend it to shape. Not hard at all.

When is this handle supposed to illuminate? I have never seen mine on, regardless of the lights I have switched on.

We may have put this on a multi-press switch.

IE. one press of "porch light" is the porched light, 2nd adds grab bar, 3rd adds utility side light....but I do not recall exactly.

In the past it always came on with the porch light...it is dim, so you may not notice it with the porch light on.

ITC-Lighted Handles

They sell handles and the bulb.

Mine was in bad shape but the company that made it (ITC) had moved on design wise and I couldn't find a matching part.



I took it apart. The top end with the bulb is just pressed on. The other end is glued so I had to cut it off and repair it because the metal ends were corroded. Ground away the naughty bits, filled with bondo and repainted. Wasn't ever going to be chrome again. Installed new light bulb, too.
