Loose 360 degree camera

i have a new 2023 Isata 3 on the Mercedes chassis. the 360 degrees camera bracket is loose (camera wont stay up) it ends up pointing down at the floor.

is this an RV dealer issue or do i take it to a Mercedes dealer.

If someone has had this issue and taken care of it themselves, tell me how and i will fix it. I just don't want to break anything.

thanks

Dynamax installs the cameras.

repair depends on where it is loose. The knuckle on the MB windshield or at the camera. The one on the windshield...you pull the plastic trim around and should be able to tighten it. The one on the camera is on the back side of the camera.
