Loose items shipping with DX3

We are about to close on our factory new DX3. Can someone please tell us what loose items should be shipping with the new 37TS? Thanks.

Hopefully, in a kitchen drawer, you’ll find copies of manuals to any/all appliances on board, TV remotes, any other remotes (awning? Leveling?) and toilet roll holder……they don’t know if you’re a righty or a lefty……and really don’t care to know.

Dynamax provides a copy of the “Loose Ship” items to the dealer. Be sure to ask them for a copy before you take delivery so you can be sure everything you are due is accounted for. On my first Dynamax purchase I made the mistake of not asking the dealer for the list. The unit had been in inventory for quite a while at that time and ultimately several items had gone missing. Dynamax was gracious enough to provide a copy of the list after the fact and provide me with a replacement for everything that was missing. That should have been the dealer’s responsibility but they couldn’t seem to find their way out of a paper bag. One of the reasons I have so much respect for Brian and his team…they take care of the customer, many times when it is not their responsibility.

Does the weigh safe hitch ship with a reducer? (4 to 2 inch)

Once they changed to weigh safe no reducers
Does come with a 2” and a 2 5/16th ball to swap out as needed

And it’s a 3” hitch
Get a dual reducer for 3 to 2.5 or 2 (I use for a bike rack when not towing

I'm digging thru this and we were shorted a couple minor things during delivery. The touch-up-paint and the water filter wrench. The dealer says they will work with Dynamax to receive, but, not super trusting in our dealer capabilities either.


I'm not in a huge hurry, but, I either need to know the brand of the filter wrench (so I can just source one myself) before spring so that I can de-winterize the new beast and start enjoying it.
