Loss of AC unit on new Dynamax DX3

Was camping at South Padre Island KOA in our new Dynamax DX3. Front AC stopped blowing cold air. On site RV repair diagnosed the problem and fourn the compressor in the front AC was bad. What's the next move?

I would contact Dynamax or your selling dealer, to see what they can do.

Here is Dynamax service/warranty contact info:

Does/did this "On Site RV repair" not do factory warranty work? Many mobile techs do warranty work.
Are you no longer there? If not, see post #2.

Angry Loss of AC unit on new Dynamax DX3

While camping in South Padre, front AC on new Dynamax DX3 quit blowing cold air. RV on-site repairman did troubleshooting on unit and after exhaustive and thorough inspection he determined that the compressor failed. The coach needs a new unit, this after less than one year of ownership. For the money I spent on this coach, this is very frustrating. Can anyone help guide me through whatever hoops are necessary to get this fixed?

As the AC unit is a component and probably a GE unit. It should have a two year warranty via GE. I would propose that you contact them, as well as your dealer for guidance.
Your Dynamax component list should give you the model and serial number.

None of us have enough data to make assumptions....new DX3? Like new to them or brand new?

Until the OP responds with more info, I'm not sure anyway can give them a "next move"

Whatever you do, If you need a new one

Be sure to get a GE Heat Pump unit! I have two of them and they work even when its 35 degrees outside and you have 4+ inches of snow on the hood and you are parked at Camp Dynamax! Greg was really impressed when he felt the hot air coming out of the vents at 5am in the morning....that is when he starts work! Thank you Brian for supplying two of these on my XL.
