Loud popping when letting out slide

Slide pop. 2018 Isata 5 35db. I just got it last week. Front dinette slide. Bottom left of the slide if you’re looking at it outside. Bottom right if looking from the inside. The pop is much louder than the video would leave you to believe. I’m wondering if any of you guys have seen this and if so, how did you fix it? Coach is level.

Couldn't get the link to work. Here's some narrative.

I found out why the slide pops on my 2018 Force HD 37TS, there are screws (pic1) coming down from the slide topper that are to long, they are catching the slide as in goes in & out and really doing some damage to the top of the slide (pic 3). This was on the driver side slideout, I have not checked the others YET. Thought you all might want to check this out on yours, screws look factory and BC might want to check it out at the factory also

Only seeing one pic in post #2 above. Any chance you can try to repost these?
Thanks…

I think this is too simple of an answer and I would guess you would be able to tell, but I have to through this out there, since this is when and where I see and hear the pop.

Thank you guys. Yes I did the stops and it consistently works fine now. No issues and seals are good.
