M2 Front suspension squeaking?

Curious if anyone knows how to stop what seem like suspension squeaking? Only have 6700 miles. Really loud.

Grease joints?

Doesn’t seem like these should need grease at this point.

Thoughts?

M2 front suspension squeaking

You might read about the front sway bar bushing problem, maybe getting noise from that?

Service bulletin out, see below, mine has 7K miles and failing bushings

Our 2018 Force HD squeeks as well, I have checked over the suspension and cannot seem to find it. I know the sway bar issue was on the older units, but mine has the upgraded bar. Still looking.

Definetely sounds like it is in the springs.

Might try getting a squirt bottle filled with a soapy water solution and squirt one area at a time, like front right spring and then go for a ride and see if noise is gone. Water should lube area for a short drive.

Also, it is a squeak not a clicking noise? I had a clicking noise and FL greased front end; didn't stop clicking noise but seemed to make steering a bit easier. Clicking noise was from the lug nut cover being too tight and flexing/clicking.

I know ours is a suspension issue if anyone steps on the truck step it squeaks, not just when driving. I will look at the sway bar bushings, I hadnt considered that at this point.

I did spray some dry silicone around the spring hangers etc... noise is still there. I also checked everything that requires grease.

Maybe I will drop the sway bar and see if the noise stops, that may help find it.

Thanks

I had a front-end squeak. Thanks to infomation from this forum, I sourced and replaced the rubber bushings with some aftermarket ones. Seems to have done the trick for 5k miles or so. I have a '15 Force 37BH. Unfortunately my warranty was expired before I found out about the service bulletin to replace the front sway bar.
