not sure, but I would suggest first to go into your settings, maybe under the 'setup' button, and make sure the type is set from 'RV' to 'OTHER', which keeps the AGS from being 'disabled' whenever you may manually start or stop the Generator.
I suppose this setting for 'RV' is designed as a safety feature for mechanics working on the Generator to be able to 'defeat' any owner-set AGS setting when they are working on the unit, but it's almost counter-intuitive to what most RV owners would think. The 'OTHER' setting type is what you want to use, otherwise you will be defeating the AGS every time you use one of the switches for the Generator.
