Mystery wires

We are dealing with a mouse problem and found these wires to nowhere.
The come up under the drawers from under the toe kick. They run under the toe kick to the front corner of the kitchen cabinet and disappear into the space under the floor of the under sink storage. I assume what ever was tying them together came off from the drawer sliding back and forth against them. Did not see any other loose wires that may have been tied to them. The white wires are a pair--same kind of wire you use to rewire a lamp or make your own light duty extension cord. Curious what they are for and why the strange routing in the living space.

I have found that we have several that are dead ends like this. It is easier and cheaper for the factory to build one wiring harness and then use the wires they need for that build. More than likely they go to an option that is available on your unit but you someone did not want.

Do you have accent lighting under the cabinets at your feet? If not, I'm guessing that is the wire that runs the accent lighting. If so, does the accent lighting come on?

Yes , we have a few in various place. There is another pair coming out of the large wire bundle in the back behind the drawers. Those look like they belong, black protective jacket, terminated ends. This look like a jury rig.

No accent lighting. Wires are in a soft rubber/plastic jacket tucked up under the toe kick.

Looks like zip cord used for 12volts. I see a yellow Romex further back for the 120 volts.
