Native Hardwood

I contacted Rick Milanese at Native Hardwood, apparently he had sold the business last year, and has retired.

He suggested to contact Native, he was not sure who to contact about any requests.

Anyone have any dealings with them in the past few months? Did a search here but found nothing, recent.

I'm looking at having a few panels fabricated and finished. Minimally, to purchase touchup and stain for any panel that I might fabricate myself.

I called for Courtni Jellison a couple of weeks ago. Left my contact info. Never heard anything back.

I get the feeling that this is typical post Covid. Although here, in Michigan, if you go to a health professional appointment, we are now back to masks and sanitizing hands.

In any case, I called Native Hardwoods this morning and was informed that they do not provide service to individuals.

I ordered the stain from Dynamax Parts, Mark Benner.

That could be. Rick at native used to handle customer purchases...now that it is Chase, they may have stopped doing that.

Apparently the case. Chase must find individual Customers more hassle than they care for. Seems to be more prevalent since COVID supposedly ended. Although I understand that hiring good help is a major problem in this era.
