Need a contact for a Ram Service Rep

I'm hoping someone may be able to help. I recently took my 2022 30FW to a Ram dealer for help diagnosing a check engine light. Turns out a rodent has chewed thru the truck engine/trans wiring harness. The entire harness will have to be replaced. The dealer is telling me its on back order and can't give me any kind of timeline. I'm hoping that someone may have a Ram Service contact that can help me source a harness in their system.

We love our 30FW Explorer and looks as though we will have to cancel our third planned trip this month !
