Need floor tiles for 2016 DX3

We bought a 2016 DX3 37BH with a grey looking wood grain tile. Several of them are broke and I need to replace them. Anyone know where I can get some? Maybe Brian can chime in and give me a model number or a supplier where I can get some..

I think in the past he said that they use Snapstone tiles. its a floating tile with a flexible grout. I think the color you described is Weathered Grey. Im sure Brian will let you know the exact color choice

Yep. I just used it in my bathroom at home as well. Got mine at menards.

If you dont need a ton of grout, you can buy a sample pint on Snapstones website. It was enough for me to fix about a dozen tiles and i still have some left. The local stores only had quarts or bigger in the grout.

What’s the replacement process...high level? Will the cracked tiles pop up pretty easily individually allowing for an immediate replacement, or do you have to remove enough to get to a good starting point? Is there any adhesive product on the bottom of the tiles that needs to be removed prior to replacement?

I’ve got a couple of cracked tiles as well, but it hasn’t bothered me enough to dig in yet...rug covers them up most of the time.

Thanks for the link to the video.. I've laid prob a couple thousand sq ft of tile in the past but I've dealt with this stuff. After watching that video looks pretty easy.. I was expecting the woman that narrated it in her pleasant voice to say "and hope like hell the one you just replaced never cracks cause its going to be a mother to get it out with all the adhesive you just put down." Forgot to ask, anyone know what color grout? Snapstone website shows "raincloud" or "charcoal grey"

I dont think its charcoal. I just used that with the darker tiles in my home bath. Probably the other one assuming it's a lighter grey. Can always check in person at menards.

Be careful when getting these tiles up. They break into very fine slivers and will cut the heck out of you. Make sure you have good gloves on and take your time.
