Need parts assistance
Brian, I need assistance with warranty and parts issues. In mid-July I brought the coach to Nielson RV in St George, UT for several warranty issues. Not sure exactly when they got approval for the items, but I have been told they did get approval from Forest River. They have tried numerous times to find out the status of the parts but haven’t had any luck. Apparently, they are contacting Brian Meeks. I normally contact Brandon Droptiny which I did last Thursday but haven’t had a response yet.
Since the day I took possession of my coach I have had difficulty getting the correct parts. I know this is a vague statement but I don’t want to list the various issues in this regard here. I would prefer to PM the email with attachments that I have sent to Brandon to you. If not, I would appreciate your review of the many emails I have sent to Dynamax service and parts.
Everyone I have contacted by email, or on occasion by phone, have been very willing to help resolve the various issues but the results don’t turn out right. Mostly wrong parts show up at the dealership or at my house.
Thank you for your help, Gordon

If you are not getting anywhere, you can also reach out directly to Dan Dobecki the warranty/parts manager. His contact is also on the "contact us" page.

Thank you for that contact info, Brian. I finally got in touch with Brandon by phone. Still having trouble with emails. He didn't have any parts request on order. Went back to dealer and passed that info on. We'll see what happens. The dealer had stated that they had gone through the process but ????
thanks, again..

Still MIA for parts
Talked to Brandon last week. He had only received one of my emails, but not the one with the most info on past failures to get correct parts. Tried numerous times without success in sending that email.
Went to Nielson RV to discuss issue with parts department and gave them the address that you posted. Called today and they have not received any response since their last email on the 1st.
I have put on hold any RV'ing trips waiting on parts to come and get installed. Don't want to be on the road and find out they are in and have to cancel reservations to come back home.
At this point, we just want to know that the parts requests have been passed to the appropriate department.
Oh, when I asked Brandon about any other of my emails, he couldn't find any in the system, if I understood him correctly. I count about 30 emails, the first one on 4-23-18.
Brian, is there anything else I can do to facilitate the needed communication process? Thanks, Gordon.

instead of clicking the link, see about just typing in the email address.
Also, limit the picture sizes....our server won't take more than 10MB I think??? it will get rejected.
All of the parts/warranty contacts are on the Dynamax website, along with the parts/service manager contact info if you think you are having issues.

Brandon sent an email today and it seems like 2 way communications are now on track. Nielson RV was contacting Brian Meeks; not sure why the correct contact person's contact info couldn't have been passed to the dealer. Oh well, moot point.
Also, the size of the jpg's was probably the culprit in getting email delivered. Just for fun, I'll try to resend with pics being under 10mb.
Thanks for the follow up. Gordon
