No fresh water Firefly read out

It failed two days a go. Came on briefly during a transit and has ceased to report any water for 4 days. Cycled Firefly, batteries and controllers to no avail.

Tank has 60%+. The other 2 tanks seem to work but from the diagnostic screen now also have no signal strength report which in Saturday they did show a 60& green bar where the grey (in the picture) now shows NA.

Suggestions appreciated.

Update - Cycled the connector at the bottom of the tank (it must be a transducer which is quite advanced fro the RV world); also checked the diagnostics on the Firefly and no faults are shown.

Has anyone ever seen the Firefly G12 interface control board in 28SS? Its not where Dynamax says its should be? Its needed for any fault investigation of the Firefly system.
