No power to Equalizer Levelers

Put the levelers down yesterday to put the slides out. Everything was fine. Put the slides in this morning and have no power to the levelers. Anyone know where the fuse to the Equalizer Levelers is located?

Never had to be before. Key has to be in for the slides to work but not for the levelers.

Correct...there is a power lockout if the engine is running/Key ON position. That's why I asked, if you had the engine running for the slides, I was just making sure it was not on for the jacks.

If you’re asking if I know the levelers will not work if the key is in the ignition and or the vehicle is running, yes, I know that. However, even then the red lights come and the panel starts beeping. It is doing nothing. No lights, no sounds.

There is a 20amp fuse for the control panel that is in a yellow holder near the pump. For the pump itself, there is an 80 amp breaker on the far left of the electrical bay.

Multiplex panel yes but Equalizer is not tied into it that I know of. Doesn’t show in the screen or in the fuse panel diagnostics.

Correct. I was just trying to identify which version of electrical you had.

OK, so this is like asking my wife where her car keys are, she responds, “In my purse”, my response, “Where is your purse?” So, where is the pump?

I just looked in the Electrical bay. Did not see an 80 amp breaker. I must be missing it somehow. Would a picture be possible to help guide me? I will crawl under the coach today and look for the pump and the fuse. If all that fails I will remove the touchpad and be sure all the connections are working. I just installed the Equalizer Bluetooth module about 2 weeks ago. I guess it is possible it has gone bad and not allowing power through to the touchpad.

I would assume that if an issue was created during the BT module install, then it would have appeared early on...but I guess a loose connection maybe could crop up at a later date. I'll see if I can get a pic.

Well, as suspected, the brand new Equalizer Bluetooth module went bad after less than a month. Unplugged it and plugged the control panel back in directly and power was restored. So, I’ll be on the phone with Equalizer tomorrow to, hopefully get a replacement soon.

My first Bluetooth module from them went bad. They sent me a new one, no more issues. It has been over a year now with no issues.
