On the back of that switch if you press the little button for one second (that says set stops/clear faults) it will clear the fault. However, if you went into override mode...you likely cleared the stops with it. (holding that button for 5 seconds and not one second). In that case your slide will continue to only operate in manual mode unless you re-set the stops.

Slide stuck

We figured out how to program the stops but apparently our problem still exists. The left motor seems to be working but the right motor buzzes, clicks then nothing. We disengaged the brake from the motor and tried to turn it manually but it is so tight we can’t seem to get it to budge.

And by the way, this all started when we were bringing “in” the slide. The right (one that is inoperable now) came in all the way but the left side (near drivers seat) still had about 4-5 inches left to come in. That’s when we did the override to get it in.
