Outside TV

We have an Isata 5 30 FW
It has the outside TV with a sound bar, I think it may be a Connexx, I find no remote that works with it, I can not get the sound bar to come on. If you have this in your MH, can you post a picture of the remote? Yes the TV is on and playing. Thanks

There are also buttons on the soundbar...no remote is needed.

Bar

I found the remote, had no idea what it was for, Thanks
I have pushed the buttons on the front of the sound bar, tried the remote, may not have power to it.

it is 12V...so maybe the connector is loose, or possibly fuse...but I have never seen a fuse blow on that circuit. You might want to see if the TV will pull out...at some point we started using an articulating bracket. That will make it easier to work with (though I am not sure it would fit on everything...I know one floor plan did not fit)

Edit: scratch. 30FW is the one that it would not fit.

On my 2019 F30 i had to turn on the receiver located in the storage bin next to the TV. Also some of the wire connections are under the bathroom sink(remove the panel under the sink) you can get to the wire connections at the TV by removing the panel to the right of the sink. I have only used the outside TV A few times, each time I have to play with the remote panel as I find that a forget what works.
Oh you have set up the TV to use the remote speaker’s.

Different sound bar in the 2021. No longer a car stereo.

update

Here's an update, I have about 11 volts from the power cable, it and the optical cable were unplugged. Plugged in cables, still nothing on sound bar. Tried remote and buttons on front.
I opened up the panel in the bathroom, could not see anything wrong. Thanks

You might want to try River Park...11 volts, should be within the operating range. While there could be something wrong, it could also just be a bad sound bar, it happens.

As a final check, you say "nothing happens"...so do lights come on? and you can't get sound? Or are you saying power lights don't even come on?

"Nothing happens", no lights, what is the Optical cable for, it has a red light on it.
And what is River Park?

Optical Cable is for the audio from TV to the sound bar.

The red light, is what ALL optical cables have...the red lights comes from the audio out on the TV. It is made of a plastic/glass core which carries the data.

River Park is the supplier of that sound bar. They can often help troubleshoot if it is not a "wiring" related cause.

While we can help, sometimes the suppliers are experts at their product and can often authorize repair/replacement with fewer middle men.

That is the supplier contact sheet for all of our components. Stuck to the top of this forum
