Paint peeling off?

Just back from Eastern rally and cleaning my 2018 Isata 3. It appears that one of the paint colors peeled off. Not all the color, just some of it. Didn't see any issues before trip.
It looks like I just need to get that one color band repainted.
Most trips I've taken have had no issues. This one had issues every day.
The lighter color is whats under the paint. It's kind of ruff.

Yes. Clear coat coming off of the wide white stripe on the back of the coach and the entry door of our ‘17 24 FW. The white stripe has definitely been repainted previously as you can feel a ridge w finger at top/bottom of the stripe, which I never noticed previously when washing or drying the coach w a towel.

My best guess is that stripe that was repainted was either touched up by Dynamax before it was shipped, the original dealer prior to selling it or the original owner (who was dying of cancer and told me he had no paint work done in the 2.5 years he owned it. He had no reason to lie at that point and it had a clean carfax.). I have had NO paint/bodywork in the 4+ years I have owned the Coach.

As for the door, no idea why the clear coat has burned on the door. The rest of the paint/clear coat looks great.

This was my recent string re this…

as stated....clear coat. Could be anything. Something splashed on it at some time or another. Where it sits, it could be getting a random reflection that is causing it to heat up in one spot.

I have a section of my house where the siding looks melted. Just the perfect reflection off a glass pane, just the right time of year.
