Not sure on the part number but my taillight on my coachmen freelander did the same thing since new. Turns out someone tightened the screws too tight and crushed the foam gasket. Foam gasket was replaced and dry ever since. If the lens isn't cracked, can't tell from pictures, replacing the gasket will be a lot cheaper. Just be sure when tightening, not to over tighten or it will leak again.

Thank you. Still under warranty, but dealer told me to go to Sprinter. I figured out its not a sprinter part already. I'm just trying to tell them what to have on hand when I make the run back.
