Power gear slim rack emergency
My bedroom slide will not go out. Living room slide works fine.
The bedroom is in the in position. It will make a click to the in position, and one click noise going out (only if you hit the in command first.
Any suggestions? Power to slide out is good, the chassis and house battery full and on full hookup. Like mentioned the living room slide out operates fine.
Any suggestions? This is probably only the 10th or 11th cycle of the bedroom slideout as it's the rv is new. I'm familiar with the slim rack system as my previous rv had the same slide, but I've never had to make any adjustments.

We had the same problem the night that we took delivery of our coach. Interestingly, the slide worked fine during the PDI.
The dealership had us bring the coach back in the next day. Found a issue with the slide wiring. Not sure what that issue was.

1. Are you running it on the touch screen or the "physical buttons"?
2. If you are running on the touch screen, try the physical buttons (black/white switch on the wall).
3. Watch this video.

I was trying it on the physical switch on the wall. I did try the limit procedure a couple of times yesterday and it did not work. On the third try it did work, so I must have not done it right the first 2 times. Thanks for the videos. Those are the ones I watched late last night and got it to work.
We are on the 3rd day of a cross country trip, so working out the bugs. Tried as much as possible at home, but it's hard to duplicate real world use.
Thanks Brian.

We know!!!!!
The first rally I ever did was in a 30FW...heading down to Biloxi tomorrow morning in the updated Explorer version. We'll be practicing what we preach.

Things I have found so far is that the residential refrigerator lock fell off. The VHB tape actually ripped. Sticky portion stayed on the fridge and plastic lock. We were going through some rough construction section of road in Wyoming. I liked the lock system I saw on the residential fridges that I looked at (silver ones on the side of the fridge), but the one I have is a black one right in the middle of the fridge. Not sure if you had a supplier issue on previous version, or if you had problems. I'm using bungee cords to lock the fridge to the microwave. If the silver style is available, I would like to buy that version.
Other item was that the shower water was too cold. At home was good, but my supply water was from Vegas. In Northern Utah, and Wyoming, the shower was luke warm, but supply water is really cold. Sink works fine. The twist handle of the shower fell off on the same bumpy road which reminded me I can just adjust stop inside the inside. The set screw must have worked loose on the handle, but factory stop for the hot water needs to be adjusted.

The silver ones, some people said could "vibrate open". Also, the screws can cause dimples, so some people complained. The "Fridge Fixer" is what all our customers were installing, so we decided to try it.
If you want the SS version. https://hardwarehut.com/products/296...IaAhYDEALw_wcB
We just don't like drilling to the fridge.
We've tried bungie cords, Ss latch, fridge fixer...I have yet to find the perfect solution.
As for shower too cold, that is why I made this video.

We had multiple resets on the Bedroom slide unit since new and then it finally stopped working at all (with the slide out of course). Dead controller (located in front bay). Turns out same controller used on both slides, so in a pinch, if one fails and the control is dead, you can swap over the other controller (easier to just move wires - but mark wires/plugs first before moving). The rest stops will be all messed up, so it will need a reprogram like above, but at least you can get the slide back in for travel. Error code blinking lights are also visible on the controllers in the bay. If controller is dead, then one possible symptom is no lights will appear. A voltmeter is always handy too. YMWV.

I only see one controller in my front bay on my 30FW. Not sure where the other one is located.

Since you have an Isata you might want to ask in the Dynamax forum. There is one controller per slide and they will blink their green and red LEDs in a pattern to give an error code.
On our Georgetown each controller is screwed to the ceiling of a basement compartment directly beneath the slide. Ours are behind a plastic cover. Maybe yours are the same.
FWIW,
Ray

Interactive owners manual on our website. There is a folder called “brand specific…something”. It will have locations listed of serviceable items.
Edit: ok, well the old one without pictures showed them. If you have two slides, I think they are both in the electrical bay. I’m in a 30FW now….but it’s dark. I’ll look tomorrow
