Power Gear will not extend side, green light flashes once

My 2016 Isata 3 Power Gear slide out will not extend. When I press the OUT button, it will either do nothing and not flash at all - or it will flash GREEN once (no red lights flashing) and I hear a click somewhere near the slide unit/motor area.
My House batteries are reading 13.7 V, the RV is in PARK and the parking brake is on. I extended and retracted it OK at our last stop (in the last 2 days).
I read the manual and it doesn't cover just the green light flashing once (no red lights flashing) and a click coming from the slide unit, so I don't know what the next step is.
We are sleeping inside the folded mattress tonight, and I'm 6' tall!
Help,

Pat Geraghty

Have you tried it with the generator running or with shore power?

Yes - I have it plugged in to outdoor household plug in.
Also tried it with the generator running.

Reset the parking brake, try again. Inline fuse? I suppose you have already checked the Dynamax site.

I had a fault problem on our Power Gear slide system and none of the steps in the instruction manual helped. I called tech services yesterday at 432- 547-7358. Chris was the tech and he very patiently walked me through a reset. You probably have a different problem, but the tech support is awesome! I have a 2018 Isata 3.

Power Gear SlimRack, I presume? From the one link it looks like it is a SlimRack. If not, do not bother reading further.

If there is a click coming from both sides, meaning both motors, that should be the brake inside the motor releasing. (If this is a SlimRack there is a motor on each side of the slide near the top.)

I've helped push a SlimRack slide back in when the brakes would release but one motor would not run.

I'd suspect that one green flash means the controller thinks all is well. Maybe there is a separate fuse or breaker for the slide motors themselves but I do not have a Dynamax.

its possible your Slide Stops need to be reset. There is a good video on YouTube and the Dynamax Website if you have access where you are.

Would agree on last thread---Slide Stops need to be reset. Had a similar problem after the recall service for the slide rack replacement warranty action from over a year ago for the Isata 3. The maintenance tech performed the warranty replacement but failed to reset the stops as required but I ended up doing completing the effort once I got home and realized the problem. Follow the action in last thread for solution. It really only took about 15 minutes to resolve. Hope this really is the problem and the solution that will get you back to sleeping on a real bed.

Resetting the stops is easy with the auto-programmable SlimRack controller that FR installed on ours. If the slide is in, just push and hold the Retract button until you hear each motor click. Then do it again. You may hear a whir or whine as the motors sync up before the click. It should take no more than five seconds.

Then when the slide is out, do the same thing with the Extend button.

But the OP's slide won't budge trying to extend it so I doubt it's a stop.

I also have a 2016 Isata3FW. Different Procedure on the older Isata Slides like 2016. You have to remove the Touchpad to gain access to the buttons on the back. This year doesn't have the auto programmable stops.

Do you have access to the Internet? I tried to send you the MP4 on how to do it but the file is too big so I scanned the procedure from my manual.

Yep, all of us with Isata 3's especially want to build our Knowledge Base for future issues. The big Full Wall Slide is one of my biggest fears as this can really strand you.
