Precision Plex being weird

Ok, so we pulled up stakes to move to a different campground. The master switch by the door would not turn the lights off. The grab handle switch flashs blue 5 times and the porch light switch blinks blue once. Not sure if that is a code or what. Called Precision Plex customer service but they go home at noon on Fridays, must be nice. I can operate things from the main panel or my phone the the entrance switch panel seems to do nothing. Just wondering if there is an easy way to determine the issue. Any help is appreciated. This is on a series 4 unit.

Try switching off the main disconnect, to reset.
