Update: after 3 visits and multiple calls to all the DFW RAM dealers, none of them have the heavy lift capability to do work on the rear of an Isata 5 of any size. Nor do any have an alignment capability for these chassis. Clay Cooley can do utility trucks but not at +31 feet and 19,000 lbs.
There are plenty of "truck" places to get tires done; and different truck places to get alignments, but not both at the same place and if it involves the rear tires, its not something for which you can make an appointment. be prepared to pitch up and wait with the 18 wheel boys and girls.

Unfortunately I threw out the receipt. still having connectivity problems with one of the sensors in the rear but have driven less than 100 miles

Do you know if your driving was the only process needed to activate your sensors? The OM says to drive at +15 mph for 20 mins is all that is needed. I did that but my sensor failed to activate.

I do know that every vehicle I've had that had sensors would activate automatically when I switched them. I run separate winter wheels/tires every year on my wife's 2016 Honda Pilot as well as my 2020 Ram 1500. I suspect the 1500 probably uses the same system as the HDs. The pilot replacements stated I needed a piece of hardware to sync them but the one I purchased was useless and I just drove it 3 miles and all 4 picked up. Swap them twice a year with no issues.
Other vehicles I have had that worked automatically when swapped with winter wheels/tires.
2015 F150
2010 Ram 1500
2009 Honda Pilot
Have yet to replace the ones on my 2020 Isata 5, my tire readings corrected after driving for a while. Haven't had an issue for about 8K miles. Knock on wood...

Can we try to keep this thread specific to Ram service centers and move OT discussions to separate threads? Thanks.

Go Dodge in Red Deer Alberta Canada can service the 28ss for sure, their largest lift is 21 feet long and good for 35000 lbs. 28ss wheelbase is 18 ft. They can't do wheel alignments though. Plenty of other shops in Red Deer can do them on a truck this size.

Doing some maintenance on the map, and noticed three prior DFW area reports that I wanted to check - previously reported by other users as doing I5 maintenance. Did you try these facilities and do they need to be moved to a different category?
- Chrysler Jeep Dodge City of McKinney
- Roger Williams Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (Weatherford)
- Dallas Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM
Thanks

Dallas Dodge said they cannot do it. Too big and too heavy.
Page 1 of this thread says that the Weatherford Dodge guys can do it but its 150 miles for me.
Did not contact Dodge McKinney as another 150 miles in another direction relative to using separate shops for alignment and tires that are just 25.
I cannot stress the need to talk to the Service Manager whoever you call. the Service Associates know nothing about their plant and equipment, the 5500, RVs, GVWR, and will say YES to just about anything to get/keep customers. I made 2 worthless trips based on assurances by the associates who "talked" to their manager. Unfortunately these managers are generally very busy and will not talk to prospective customers on a call in. Some do however call back on a voicemail message that is precise with respective to the need.
Some will do under the truck work such as oil and filters but not all. Grapevine Dodge/Ram can and did so. However that only gets you past the most basic of maintenance. The moment it has to go in the air...Nyet.

Thanks. I have updated Dallas Dodge status on the Google Map to ground service only. No changes on the others.
The DFW area has gotten bigger since I grew up by White Rock Lake.

You can remove this dealer as capable of servicing ISATA5 RAM 5500 chassis. I was turned away for service on my ISATA5 28ss on Monday, 10/25/21. They said they don’t have a bay big enough and no 30,000 LB. Lift as mentioned on this thread.

Did you speak to the service manager? They serviced our 2019 I-5 30FW. They had one lift that would handle it and the back door was tall enough.

Two reports of successful service, from DaveBR and SusieR, so I think it stays on the map for now.
And it pays to talk to the service manager, especially when there are prior reports of successful service, specifically quoting the large doors and lift capacity.

I bought a RAM 1500 at Fred Frederick Dodge in Easton, Maryland.
I was told they can lift and service my REV.
I asked about servicing Isata 5 . The answer was probably because they also have a truck facility for commercial trucks. They advised to confirm with service manager. 410-822-2100

Easton, MD. 21601
This is not absolute confirmation but may help someone in need.

You will probably find, and I hope I am wrong, that they can indeed service the 5500 Chassis utility vehicles but not ones that are 13 feet tall and weigh 18000 lbs and have 210" wheel bases.
As others have suggested you must talk to the Service Manager. No one else knows enough to answer this question especially the Service Advisor community.

Yup, they had utility line trucks there for service which is why I asked.

Yup, Innisfail Dodge said they could service the rv. Then I went for a tour of the shop, their lift was in the middle of the shop 90 degrees from the entry lane. They could do it but it would involve moving some other vehicles out of the shop and lifting the back end and moving it manually to align it with the lift. So technically they could do it but practically no.
