I've tried several RAM dealers in the Colorado Front Range and no one could fit My I5, 34DS except Johnson Auto Plaza. Ask for Jacob King in their Heavy Truck Service Dept. Let me know how it goes.

Update: Jacob King at Johnson Auto Plaza (Brighton, CO) was very good to work with. Their inside lift was just big enough for our Isata 5 30FW.

I am considering an Isata 530fd, but will not go thru with my purchase without knowing that there’s a dodge dealer willing to work on the isata in the Sacramento, California general area. I can find none, so this appears to be a show stopper for me.

What is your rig? No software updates published for the 20/21 5500?

Hoblit Dodge in Woodland, CA can handle. Just need to stay with your vehicle while they work on it to make sure they know the roof clearance height. They also claim to work with DeMartini sold RV’s.

Anchorage Dodge, Anchorage Alaska can and has serviced my 28ss+ X twice for recalls and chassis service, ie oil etc.

For anyone near the Cincinnati area I can report that Dsuban at 4830 Duff Drive, Cincinnati Ohio 45246, telephone number 5138601200 can do anything on your chassis. They don’t do engine work but they handle heavy trucks and RVs of all sizes for alignments, brake work, etc. Family owned and operated. I was rejected by ever Ram dealer in the area for an alignment as they said our RVs don’t fit on their lifts or alignment racks. Dsuban fit it easily on their equipment and I was out in an hour with a perfectly aligned rig.
