Ram Service centers near me cant service Isata 5

I am loving my Isata 5, but recently started trying to find a authorized Ram truck service center that I can get my Isata 5 into. Guess what? Every dealer nearby Reno NV says that it either won't fit or they dont have equipment to lift it if needed. What are Isata 5 owners doing for regular truck service? There is a major commercial cummins/onan shop here that I plan to check out tommorrow. Are you using independant truck service shops?

When traveling with my truck camper the dealers just changed the oil in the parking lot. Never had serious service problems.

I live in Staten Island, NY and have a similar issue. I have to bring it to a NJ Ram dealer because the SI dealer doesn’t have a lift for it. This year I plan on checking with a local truck service facility to see if they can do the oil change...they did my inspection last year. I believe they are Onan certified also...time will tell.

In speaking with the Ram guys...If they sell a 5500 they must service it as part of the agreement. If they don’t due to length or what have you, the local rep has to coordinate directly with that dealer and find out…

1. Will you then sublet all 5500 work to a local truck facility
2. Upgrade your facilities to accommodate this length.
3. Be removed as a business link dealer and lose the ability to sell the 5500.

They gave us a form...and a moparfleetservice@fcagroup.com address...but never really told me who is supposed to fill out the form.
