Rear Electric Heat Wired Wrong?

My 2021 Force 37BH has front and rear Coleman AC with AIRXCEL controllers. The front unit generates cold AC and heat just fine. The back unit generates cold AC in both cool and heat modes (no heat), although the gas heat does come on as it should. I’m wondering if this is an easy wiring fix that I can take care of on my own, since dealer service seems to be backlogged 3 months out. Is there a wiring diagram that I can reference for troubleshooting?

Also, I’d like to confirm that these units use a heat pump to generate heat. Is there also a heat strip?

They would get "either" a heat pump "or" a heat strip, they would not get both, but we have used both over the last couple of years.

Any wiring diagram would be in the Coleman manual.

Not what the factory told me on Monday - just sayin is'all. They can/do supply both pump and strip in the same unit, you just have to pay for it.

I'm simply saying what "we" do. We don't do both.
