Resetting Gfi

I think I just blew a the gfi circuit breaker. I tested the other one and now can’t reset either. They are lighting up with ground fault. Anybody know what I need to do? I’m running on Gen

Don't know the answer and I'm not near our unit, but I think I saw a GFI breaker on the main breaker panel in our unit at the end of the bed. Might just take a look. FWIW.

Do you have GFI breakers or GFI receptacles?

You have 2 GFI receptacles and both of them are not working? That would mean you have 2 circuits out. 1st quick test it to plug into shore power if available and see if they will reset. Is other 110 volt circuits working? With 2 GFI's tripped I suspect something wrong with the Generator supply.

I think you should be able to RESET w/o power, but you won't be able to TEST/TRIP.

If the problem still exists, it would trip as soon as you re-apply power.

Can’t reset without power. This does not make sense. It is the two breakers on the main panel.

You may have more than one receptacle on the one receptacle labeled "GFCI", have a look around the RV and unplug everything except the microwave, don't forget the hot water tank, TV, the fridge and receptacles outside and in the basement area.
If you have power coming from the breaker (inside the converter panel) to the GFCI receptacle and you know nothing is still plugged in then the GFCI receptacle itself may have expired which is not uncommon at all.

P.s.: You need to have power to the RV to do your tests.

I took the basement power socket out and foun a loose connection. Reset the passenger side but cannot reset drivers side. Then suddenly the passenger side tripped. Seems like something after about 5 mins of power coming through generator?

Yes, there is a problem with gen power. Are all other circuits working?

Ok I get idiot of the month. I just spent 4 hours checking everything, removing sockets, fuse box, only to find you need to push down switch then up on breaker to reset. Lesson learned. Thanks for all the advice. Everything perfect now

All breakers must be turned off then back on to reset. Now the question is. What caused 2 breakers to trip in the first place?

I caused the first trip with my tester. When I could not reset the first I pressed test on the second. All self inflicted

"I see," said the blind man, as he picked up his hammer and saw."
