When my original Dynamax Roadside Assistance period expired (Coach-Net), I went with Good Sam. About six or so months in, I got an email solicitation from Saferide when Dynamax switched to them. I contacted them and got a quote which was less than my Good Sam policy with slightly better coverage. So, I switched and have been very pleased.
Broke down in Louisville, KY last July
and required a big rig tow during rush hour on a Friday. I was extremely pleased with the customer service from Saferide. They were super responsive and followed up several times while I was waiting for the tow truck to be sure I was ok and to be sure I got to a safe location. It was an expensive tow and all handled very professionally.
